- Dodaj każdemu z nich umowę określającą stawki pracy godzinowe, abonament lub czasy reakcji (SLA)
- Dodaj urządzenia do monitorowania za pomocą instalatora monitorowania (serwery, routery, drukarki, wydajność sieci, porty, usługi itp
- Assign failure notification alerts for specific devices
Czekaj aż urządzenie monitorowanie podniesie alarm
Po zadanej w SLA liczbie błędnych odczytów monitoringu zostanie uruchomiony alarm - np. SMS, email, Ticket dla techników
- Monitoruj SMSy, e-maile, Tickety
- Tickety możesz posortować według własnego uznania. Np. według najpilnieszego SLA czy wg. największych kar jakie trzeba będzie zapłacić za brak usługi
- Rozwiąż zgłoszenie. Po naprawie awarii system automatycznie sprawdzi czy problem nadal występuje
- At the end of the month, issue invoices automatically based on the time worked for customers, including the signed contract
- As part of the motivation of employees handling requests, generate any reports on breakdowns, requests or time spent working on requests
